Applicable to court reporting in civil actions throughout Scotland and based on the Act of Sederunt (Fees of Witnesses and Shorthand Writers in Sheriff Court) 2000.
Attendance fee – per hour £44.30
Minimum charge £177.10
Cancellation charge £100.00 per day
Extending notes – per page £7.25
Additional copies of notes – per page £0.61
Charges will be subject to VAT at the rate applicable at the date of invoice. Cancellation fees are not subject to VAT.
Other rates may apply depending on the type of contract (rates available on request).
